Cactus Patch Grain Bins

Wow! This place was hands down the coolest Airbnb I have stayed at so far. The location is great, super private but only 10 minutes away from the city. The interior is impeccable, we spent the first half an hour in the home just checking the place out. Seriously, so cool! Everything is beautiful and incredibly clean. AC worked perfectly. Had a grand time outside watching the animals on the property and enjoying the water. There are even horses and longhorns! I had no idea we would even be given the resources to catch and release on property. This spot was an absolute dream to stay in halfway through our cross country roadtrip. If you are planning on staying in Amarillo, you cannot beat this place! Thank you Teresa!

So adorable! First time in Amarillo and so glad we booked here. Loved all the small touches- bait and tackle, snacks, fly zappers, waters, extra linens, the coolest bar countertop, and the water trough shower! The grain silo was done so well and the bed on the loft was better than my bed at home (host feel free to share the mattress details with me!). We enjoyed fishing, even in the rain shower, the peaceful property, and of course the adorable accommodations. If you are thinking about booking- do it!

A very unique home. Quiet and peaceful.
I appreciated their love of animals and enjoyed the ducks and goose, horses and longhorns. It was a cute little sanctuary.
To top it off the bed was super comfortable and the linens were super soft. Highly recommend.

We had the best stay at Teresa and Joe’s unique place. My husband is a truck driver and hauls grain and has worked in grain bins so we thought how cool to stay in a grain bin. It was the neatest experience. The place is beautifully decorated and so nice. It has everything you could ever need and it is so private and quiet. The bed was so comfortable. We had wished we could have fished in the pond right outside but the weather was kinda cold and windy but we definitely hope to come back and take full advantage. Everything about this place was amazing. Theresa is a wonderful host very communicative and kind. Stay here you will love it!!

Okay, on a cross country move from CA to VA, this was the midpoint... and nothing came close to being as cool, fun, comfortable and iconic. The feed silo conversion was brilliantly executed, top to bottom. Every foot of it was creatively crafted and reflective of Texas farm life. Someone really, really put their all into it, and it's very functional, too. Outside, the fish pond is fun and the horses visiting us at the fence were very affectionate. There was plenty of parking, safe and secure. Even the tarantula commuting across the patio to wherever tarantulas spend their daytime was friendly. It's a bit distant from town, but not too bad for BBQ runs. It NEEDS to be away from town, anyway.
Honestly, had we had the time, we would have spent 3 or 4 days there just to hang out, fish, cook, and soak in the vibe. This is a really fancy-rustic gem in the heart of the USA, totally unique. Thanks for having us!

Teresa and Joe’s place was brilliant, great value for money and great location. Home was clean and welcoming, beds were comfy and the shower was great. Many added bonuses including an amazing pond with a deck, and fishing poles. All in all the house was a great stay and would recommend it to anyone.
Cutest new home with a kitchen stocked with all the items you'd need and all very clean and well presented. We would definitely recommend, as we feel so lucky to have found this little treasure in the beautiful countryside of Amarillo.
We will definitely be back soon!

Highly, highly recommend Teresa’s place! Such a beautiful and peaceful setup. Everything was super clean with nice touches throughout. We felt very welcome and the bed was very comfortable. My son had a great time fishing and caught half a dozen rainbow trout. So happy we found this spot and plan on staying here every time we are driving our son back and forth to college in Colorado. P.S. Horses were a nice surprise, they are super sweet and want to be petted and we are planning on bringing a couple carrots and apples next time!
